Frequently Asked Questions

We are a company which will help YOU in your claim for Compensation under the Windrush Compensation Scheme.

The Windrush Compensation Scheme was set up by the Government in 2020 to compensate victims of the Hostile Policy directed towards the Windrush Generation where people were denied access to Healthcare, Social Benefits and in some cases were forcibly removed from the UK.

A Review of the Hostile Policy found the Government to be unfair and unjust in their treatment of the Windrush generation and the Government agreed to compensate victims of their policy.

There are thirteen (13) different categories of claim. Either the individual themself can make a claim or a close family member can make a claim on their behalf.

The Scheme applies to the Windrush Generation and their descendants, so a person may make a claim on behalf of a parent or grandparent.

A claim may also be made on behalf of a deceased parent or close relative.

If someone previously made a claim and it was unsuccessful they may be able to make a fresh claim for Compensation.

If you know of anyone who was deported out of the country, they are entitled to make a claim for compensation, even if they are still overseas.

We will assist you in your application, review your application and guide you through the claims process.

We work for you under a Fixed Fee pricing structure. Details will be provided if we are able to assist you with your claim.
